THE PRINTS
All the prints are meticulously hand crafted by an Award Winning Printers in Germany or one of Londons top Photo Labs - Dependant on the image.
Most of my artworks are C Type Prints printed on Fuji Crystal DP II paper with a Matte Finish.
C-type prints, also known as chromogenic prints or silver halide prints, are produced by exposing light to colour photographic paper and then developing it using traditional photographic techniques.
C-type prints are highly valued in professional photography and exhibitions for their exceptional quality, rich colour reproduction, and ability to create a continuous-tone, smooth, and detailed image, making them ideal for capturing the nuances in photographs
Depending on the image I will sometimes go for Giclee on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Paper if it suits that particular photograph.
Giclée prints are high-quality, fine art reproductions created using inkjet printers that spray millions of tiny ink droplets onto archival-quality paper or canvas, resulting in vibrant and detailed images that can last for decades.
Both processes are of Museum Quality and provide excellent Archival Properties
I specialise in providing large format statement pieces that would suit large rooms or Hotel spaces
I am happy to provide custom sizes to suit your needs - just send me an email: andy@andrewlever.com
Acrylic and Metal - these prints are available on request as a special order and come with a higher price point.
Acrylic prints are good because they offer a vibrant, durable, and long-lasting display option with a glossy, almost 3D effect, enhanced by the acrylic's resistance to fading, scratches, and moisture , they often come with a sleek, frameless design that complements a contemporary aesthetic and doesn't detract from the image itself.
Metal prints are a good choice because they offer exceptional durability, vibrant colours, and a modern, sleek aesthetic, they have a contemporary, industrial appearance that can add a unique touch to any space.
Limited Editions to guarantee exclusivity and authenticity Worldwide all prints come with a signed certificate with a gold foil seal - each certificate is itself numbered and shows the exact number of your print from that Limited Edition - This ensures that no print will be duplicated.
